By working with Unroot.design or using our website, you agree to these terms:
Once a project is complete, all requested and needed assets are delivered, and final payment is received, we’ll keep your files (Figma designs, dev versions, 3D files, images, etc.) for 30 days. After that, we’re not responsible for storing or providing them again.
We may hire or outsource parts of your project (unless there’s an NDA). We’re still responsible for quality and delivery.
Your project officially starts when the first payment is made or on our agreed start date.
If we don’t hear from you for 2 months, we’ll consider the project closed and completed unless we agree otherwise. We’re not obliged to deliver anything further.
We may showcase your project in our portfolio or on social media (even in progress), but we’re open to discussing timing if you’d prefer we wait until launch.
Once you approve a design and it’s developed, further changes will require a new agreement or scope.
If we combine or adjust pages (e.g., merging two pages into one), it doesn’t mean less work was done—scope changes are part of the process.
Refunds are only possible within 10 days of the first charge, minus Stripe fees. After that, payments are non-refundable.
Our website and services are provided as-is. We’re not liable for damages resulting from site use or project outcomes.
You’re responsible for managing your account and billing details.
We can update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept any changes.
